No. We have 3 pillars to our treatment philosophy:
Patient-centered
Evidence-based
Outcome-driven
Therefore, we focus on short-term & affordable care to achieve the fastest results possible & get you stable, pain-free, and back to living your life. On average, we accomplish this in 3-6 visits and are very proud of that statistic.
This is also why we may, or may not be in-network with your health insurance. Third-party payers are notorious for dictating patient care. In most private practice business models, health insurance is actually the culprit when it comes to those “long term” care plans that you don’t want or need.
At Drumright Neck & Back, we focus on fast, affordable results that align with YOUR goals. This is in stark contrast to the “profits over patients” business model that keeps you sick, and coming back for more, ineffective care.

Acupuncture (Eastern medicine) and dry needling (Western medicine) both use monofilament needles. However, they are separate and distinct procedures.
Dry needling, also known as trigger point dry needling and myofascial trigger point dry needling, is a procedure that treats myofascial pain.
Certain, more invasive dry needling procedures require the use of ultrasound imaging to visualize the anatomy, but is not always necessary depending on the goal of treatment.
Mayo Clinic 1/27/23: …just the act of inserting the needle into the trigger point helps break up the muscle tension. Called dry needling, this technique involves inserting a needle into several places in and around the trigger point.
DID YOU KNOW?
The first generation of “dry needling” dates back to the 1940’s when Dr. Janet Travell, MD, the physician to president John F. Kennedy, developed the procedure to help treat the president’s debilitating low back pain.

Traumeel® / Zeel injections have been widely used in sports medicine for decades. There are many uses for Traumeel® and Zeel in neuromusculoskeletal care.
These medications can be injected:
Into the joint to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis
Into trigger points (knots in the muscles from which pain originates) to relieve back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions
Into tender points (areas of pain around the joints) to relieve fibromyalgia pain

- SUPARTZ FX is one of the most trusted hyaluronic acid therapies on the market, chosen by millions of knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients and their doctors worldwide37
- Hyaluronic acid (HA) relieves knee OA pain safely and with fewer side effects than with fewer side effects than NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen).19
- HA reduces joint stiffness and improves mobility22
- HA can potentially help delay time to total knee replacement.12,22
Prolozone™ is a technique that combines the principles of neural therapy, Prolotherapy, and ozone therapy. It involves injecting combinations of procaine, anti-inflammatory medications, homeopathics, vitamins, minerals, proliferatives, and ozone/oxygen gas into degenerated or injured joints, and into areas of pain.
The article below reviews the nature of what medical grade ozone is, how it works in biological systems, and how it can be used to regenerate joints and other damaged tissues, and to alleviate pain. Three case studies are presented.

No.
True spinal decompression is computer aided. Computer aided spinal decompression oscillates (moves back and forth repeatedly) the spine and surrounding soft tissues using pre-programmed intervals. This creates negative pressure within the disc.
Inversion tables and traction do not oscillate and instead are static or stationary. Therefore, because traction and inversion tables do not oscillate and “pump” the spine, they fail to create the negative pressure needed to heal the disc.
